Since there are THOUSANDS of products available on the market, we are not able to list every single product. We are constantly updating our database and populating our website with a variety of rare and popular items. Our specialty lies in the procurement of over 250 different specialty Japanese lines directly from Japan. If there is a specific product or line your are looking to obtain, CONTACT US, and we will try to get a hold of it for you along with our best possible price.
Do you ship products internationally?
YES. We ship all products worldwide. If you reside outside of the U.S., please CONTACT US for pricing and availability. Please note that all international orders are suject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your respective country. Please check with your local authorities for all related information regarding importation procedures and costs. What forms of payment do you accept?
Methods of payment accpeted at Mastermind depend on your location.
DOMESTIC ORDERS (US):
Mastermind accepts all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Expresss, and Discover. All credit card purchases are verified using your billing address for your protection. If you would like us to ship your order to an address other than your billing address, please call your credit card company to add additional shipping addresses to your account. Mastermind also accepts PayPal. If you are using PayPal as the method of payment , your Paypal account MUST be VERIFIED with a CONFIRMED address. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please CONTACT US for PayPal payment instructions.
For international orders we accept Wire Transfer and PayPal. If paying by PayPal, your PayPal account must be VERIFIED with a CONFIRMED address. Only certain countries meet these PayPal requirements. How do I check the status of my order?
At the time your order is sent out, we will provide you with a tracking number along with the method of shipment via email. Smaller items are generally shipped via UPS or Fedex. Larger items are shipped via dedicated ground freight vendors. If a tracking number is not received within 48 hours, please email email@example.com or call 714-630-6620 and we will track your package. Do I need to pay sales tax on my items?
Sales tax is applied to California residents only (currently at 9.75%). Wholesale / Dealer accounts are excluded.
Can I cancel my order?

When Can I expect my order?
For all items either in stock or shipping from US based vendors take about 1-10 days of placing your order, unless of course, your item is back ordered. Special Order items are subject to manufacturers production times and shipping schedules. All Special Order items are discussed in detail with the customer at the time the order is placed. On rare occassions, product delivery times may be delayed, but Mastermind will be in close contact with the customer with all news and developments regarding their order. How do you ship merchandise and how long does it take?
1) By the delivery service you choose (i.e. economy, next day, etc.)
2) The weight, size, and dimensions of your item
3) Your shipping preferences
We do our best to accurately estimate when items will be shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:
** 1-3 business days (M-F) for order processing
** 1-7 days transit time for US Continental shipments
** 5-30 days transit time for international shipments
Occasionally an item is oversold. If this is the case, we will fill the orders on a first come first serve basis.
What happens if my item(s) are on back order?
We will inform you by email or phone if any items become back ordered. Back order items will not process unless you have been notified.

Does Mastermind offer Sponsorships?
Mastermind is very thorough and critical in its selection of sponsorship vehicles as we receive a high volume of sponsorship requests. Below is a link to our sponsorship application which must be filled out and submitted in its entirety and submitted to our Sponsorship Department for review and feedback. Please include any and all information related to your project in a professionally planned proposal for review to accompany your completed sponsorship application. Can I purchase and pick up items at your store?
YES, customers are welcomed during office hours 9am-6pm PST. Pick-ups on Saturdays are by appointment only.
